\"\"<\/a>Konferencia s medzin\u00e1rodnou \u00fa\u010das\u0165ou pod n\u00e1zvom \u201cExodus \u2013 modern\u00fd koment\u00e1r k starovekej knihe<\/em><\/strong>\u201c v d\u0148och 11. – 12. septembra 2010 v Bad\u00edne bola pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165ou pouk\u00e1za\u0165 na dva v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 m\u00ed\u013eniky v \u017eivote medzin\u00e1rodnej biblistiky. Prv\u00fdm je pr\u00edprava slovenskej publik\u00e1cie Koment\u00e1r ku knihe Exodus.<\/p>\n

Po \u00faspe\u0161nom koment\u00e1ri ku knihe Genesis a Koment\u00e1ri k knih\u00e1m Abdi\u00e1\u0161, Jon\u00e1\u0161, Miche\u00e1\u0161, bude pripravovan\u00fd koment\u00e1r \u010fal\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdsledkom spolo\u010dnej pr\u00e1ce slovensk\u00fdch biblistov pod veden\u00edm Petra Dubovsk\u00e9ho SJ.<\/p>\n

Druhou pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165ou k usporiadaniu konferencie je zav\u0155\u0161enie 100. v\u00fdro\u010dia vzniku P\u00e1pe\u017esk\u00e9ho biblick\u00e9ho in\u0161tit\u00fatu, na ktorom dlh\u00e9 roky \u0161tudovali, \u010di \u0161tuduj\u00fa a p\u00f4sobia aj viacer\u00ed slovensk\u00ed biblisti. Konferenciu pod strechou K\u0148azsk\u00e9ho semin\u00e1ra sv. Franti\u0161ka Xaversk\u00e9ho v Bad\u00edne organizovali z\u00e1stupcovia z Katedry biblick\u00fdch vied RKCMBF UK, P\u00e1pe\u017esk\u00e9ho biblick\u00e9ho in\u0161tit\u00fatu a \u00dastavu biblick\u00fdch \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed Teologickej fakulty TU.<\/p>\n

Medzi najv\u00fdznamnej\u0161\u00edch predn\u00e1\u0161aj\u00facich patril prof. Jean Louis Ska SJ z Belgicka, zn\u00e1my odborn\u00edk na Pentateuch, ktor\u00fd na \u00favod konferencie predstavil z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 t\u00e9my a ot\u00e1zky knihy Exodus. Vo svete uzn\u00e1van\u00fd a na Slovensku dobre zn\u00e1my rak\u00fasky hos\u0165 prof. Georg Braulik OSB upriamil svojim pr\u00edspevkom pozornos\u0165 na Boha bojuj\u00faceho za Izrael.<\/p>\n

V \u010fal\u0161\u00edch \u0161tyroch sekci\u00e1ch sa postupne predstavili nasledovn\u00ed slovensk\u00ed a \u010desk\u00ed predn\u00e1\u0161aj\u00faci. Medzi nimi Peter Juh\u00e1s s predn\u00e1\u0161kou Z\u00e1mern\u00e1 slovn\u00e1 hra\u010dka v Ex 7,11-12? Jozef Ti\u0148o s t\u00e9mou Pr\u00edbeh z Ex 7,8-13 prerozpr\u00e1van\u00fd a roz\u0161\u00edren\u00fd v judaizme z neskor\u0161ieho obdobia druh\u00e9ho chr\u00e1mu. Fides Iveta Strenkov\u00e1 CJ s predn\u00e1\u0161kou \u010carodejn\u00edctvo a trest smrti (Ex 22,17). Sid\u00f3nia Hor\u0148anov\u00e1 s pr\u00edspevkom s n\u00e1zvom Pr\u00edhovorn\u00e1 Moj\u017ei\u0161ova modlitba v Ex 32. Mykhaylyna K\u013euskov\u00e1 s t\u00e9mou Mot\u00edv pris\u013e\u00fabenej zeme v knihe Exodus. Dominik Berberich s predn\u00e1\u0161kou Povolanie a vyvolenie v Knihe Exodus.<\/p>\n

Peter Dubovsk\u00fd SJ sa zameral na t\u00e9mu Bo\u017eieho hnevu, Bla\u017eej \u0160trba analyzoval Ex 3-4 z poh\u013eadu zjavenia Jahveho. Martin Prudk\u00fd a Jozef Jan\u010dovi\u010d sk\u00famali tzv. Formulu milosti v Ex 34, 6-7, Gabriela Ivana Vlkov\u00e1 OP zas predstavila v\u00fdznam antif\u00f3ny \u201eP\u00e1n je moja sila a moja piese\u0148\u201c z Ex 15. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci sa mohli zamyslie\u0165 nad problematikou rozmerov a stavby sv\u00e4tost\u00e1nku pri pr\u00edspevku Bohdana Hrobo\u0148a, ponori\u0165 sa do alegorick\u00fdch v\u00fdkladov state o vode zo skaly z pera cirkevn\u00fdch otcov, ako ich predstavil Juraj Pigula OSA. S \u013dubo\u0161om Podhorsk\u00fdm posluch\u00e1\u010di polemizovali o datovan\u00ed prechodu cez \u010cerven\u00e9 more.<\/p>\n

Nede\u013en\u00fd program konferencie otvoril pozdravn\u00fdm pr\u00edhovorom banskobystrick\u00fd diec\u00e9zny biskup Mons. Rudolf Bal\u00e1\u017e a biblistov povzbudil v ich n\u00e1ro\u010dnej \u00falohe sk\u00fama\u0165 Sv\u00e4t\u00e9 p\u00edsmo do h\u013abky a sprostredkova\u0165 toto pozvanie k\u0148azom aj veriacim.<\/p>\n

Okrem diskusi\u00ed \u010dakalo na \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov aj posedenie spojen\u00e9 s ochutn\u00e1vkou v\u00edn, nede\u013en\u00e1 Eucharistia a pozn\u00e1vac\u00ed kult\u00farny program. Predn\u00e1\u0161aj\u00faci a be\u017en\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci konferencie nav\u0161t\u00edvili vz\u00e1cne sakr\u00e1lne miesta ako dreven\u00fd kostol v Hronseku, unik\u00e1tne gotick\u00e9 fresky v Ponik\u00e1ch a nov\u00fd benedikt\u00ednsky kl\u00e1\u0161tor v Sampore.<\/p>\n

Hlavn\u00fd pr\u00ednos konferencie spo\u010d\u00edval najm\u00e4 vo v\u00fdmene poznatkov a v\u00fdsledkov b\u00e1dania tak uzn\u00e1van\u00fdch ako aj za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00facich biblistov. Pre pas\u00edvnych \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov, zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 pre \u0161tudentov teol\u00f3gie, to bola ojedinel\u00e1 pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165 nielen roz\u0161\u00edri\u0165 si obzory, ale aj osobne spozna\u0165 autorov \u0161tudovan\u00fdch kn\u00edh. Pr\u00edspevky bud\u00fa publikovan\u00e9 v biblickom odbornom periodiku Studia Biblica Slovaca<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>An international conference entitled “Exodus – a Modern Commentary on the Ancient Book”<\/em><\/strong> on September 11 \u2013 12, 2010 that took place in Bad\u00edn was an opportunity to highlight two important milestones in the life of international Biblical Sciences.<\/p>\n

The first one is the preparation of the Slovak publication named Commentary on the Book of Exodus<\/em>. After a successful Commentary on the Book of Genesis<\/em> and Commentary on the Book of Obadiah, Jonah, Micah<\/em>, this prepared Commentary will represent another result of the joint work of Slovak scholars led by Peter Dubovsk\u00fd SJ. The second opportunity for organizing the conference is the conclusion of the 100th anniversary of the Pontifical Biblical Institute, where also several Slovak scholars were or have been studying, or working for many years. The conference under the roof of the Priestly Seminary of St. Francis Xavier in Bad\u00edn was organized by the representatives from the Department of Biblical Sciences of Roman Catholic Faculty of Theology of Comenius University, the Pontifical Biblical Institute and the Institute of Biblical Studies of Faculty of Theology of Trnava University.<\/p>\n

One of the most significant speakers was Prof. Jean Louis Ska SJ from Belgium, a famous expert on the Pentateuch, who opened the conference with the introduction of Basic Issues and Open Questions of the Book of Exodus<\/em>. In the world recognized and in Slovakia well known Austrian guest Prof. Georg Braulik OSB drew attention to God Fighting for Israel<\/em>. In the other four sections the following Slovak and Czech speakers were gradually introduced: Peter Juh\u00e1s with a lecture on Intentional Pun in Ex 7:11-12<\/em>? Joseph Ti\u0148o with the topic Story of Ex 7:8-13 Retold and Expanded in Judaism of the Late Second Temple Period<\/em>. Fides Iveta Strenkov\u00e1 CJ with the lecture on Witchcraft and Death Penalty (Ex 22:17)<\/em>. Sid\u00f3nia Hor\u0148anov\u00e1 with a contribution entitled Intercession Prayer of Moses in Ex 32<\/em>. Mykhaylyna K\u013euskov\u00e1 with a topic Motif of the Promised Land in the Book of Exodus<\/em>. Dominik Berberich with a lecture Vocation and Election in the Book of Exodus<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Peter SJ Dubovsk\u00fd focused on God’s wrath, Blazej \u0160trba analyzed Ex 3-4 in terms of Yahweh’s revelation. Martin Prudk\u00fd and Josef Jan\u010dovi\u010d examined so called Grace Formula in Ex 34: 6-7, Gabriela Ivana Vlkov\u00e1 OP presented the meaning of the antiphon “The Lord is my Strength and my Song<\/em>” from Ex 15. The participants may have considered the issue of size and construction of the tabernacle during the contribution of Bohdan Hrobo\u0148, or to plunge into the allegorical interpretations of the section about water from the rock from the pen of the Church Fathers, as presented by Juraj Pigula OSA. With \u013dubo\u0161 Podhorsk\u00fd the listeners disputed on dating of the crossing the Red Sea. The Sunday\u2019s conference program was opened by the welcome speech of Mons. Rudolf Bal\u00e1\u017e, Diocesan Bishop of Bansk\u00e1 Bystrica, who encouraged the biblical scholars in their difficult task to examine the Scripture in depth and to convey this invitation to priests and to the faithful.<\/p>\n

In addition to the discussions, also sitting and tasting wines, Sunday Eucharist and cultural program were waiting for the participants. Speakers and ordinary participants visited precious sacred places as rare wooden church in Hronsek, unique Gothic frescos in Poniky and a new Benedictine monastery in Sampor.<\/p>\n

The main benefit of the conference has consisted mainly in exchanging knowledge and research results among recognized as well as beginning scholars. For passive participants, particularly for students of theology, it was a unique opportunity not only to expand their horizons, but also to personally know the authors of studied books. The contributions will be published in a special edition of the biblical journal Studia Biblica Slovaca<\/em>.<\/p>\n
